Payment Policy 2013-2014
With regards to the payment of fees, here are some important points for your consideration:
Fee to be paid by Term
Term 1: September – December
Term 2: January – March
Term 3: April – June
1. All payments should be made before the 10th of the first month of term; otherwise a 20% penalty fee will be levied automatically.
2. If a child leaves during the month, full fees will be charged. Fees and Registration are not refundable under any circumstances.
3. In the event of absence through illness or holidays, there is no reduction in the termly fee, irrespective of the number of days absent.
4. Children who are leaving for the Summer months (July, August or both) will be charged a Retainer Fee. The fee is calculated according to 15% of the monthly fee.
There are no exceptions to these school policies under any circumstances.
